We gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact us on the "Contact" page for returns and exchanges and we will provide you with instructions and a return mailing address.
We do not accept cancellations
Most orders are fullfilled immediately, with postage bought and ready to ship. For this reason, we do not except cancellations unless there is a problem with the order. Do not wait to contact us if there is a problem with your order or you need to change anything. Please call us as soon as possible at 682-382-5510. If after business hours, then contact us via text message or email.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Used items (for health/hygiene reasons)
• Items on sale
Conditions of Returns
Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost to mail back the order. If the item(s) are not returned in the original or "new" condition as it was sold, then the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
Exchanges are mailed out free of charge once we receive and inspect the item(s) you are exchanging. Exchanges will be mailed USPS, First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on the weight of the items. Exchanges of less, equal, or more value are accepted. For exchanges of less value, you will be refunded the remaining amount. For exchanges of more value, you must pay the difference before we can ship the item(s) or the exchange will be processed as a refund only.
Currently, our website shopping cart only processes payments using PayPal. However, you do not need a PayPal account to process your payment on our website. Simply click the "guest" option that PayPal offers at the end of checkout. If you are having trouble processing your payment on the shopping cart, contact us so we can send you an invoice via Square. PayPal and Square processes and keeps your payment information secure. This store never receives your credit card or banking information. For any issues involving your payment, you will need to contact PayPal, Square, your bank, or your credit card provider directly. Most credit card providers, including PayPal and Square, offer buyer's protection, but in the event you have any problems, please contact us first before opening a dispute case with them.
We guarantee that the product(s) you purchase with us are authentic, are the same product(s) as seen in pictures, and are as described. We guarantee shipment of your order to the mailing address you provide at time of sale or a full refund of your money back. In the event of a dispute, please contact us on the "Contact" page. You can also text or call us at 682-382-5510 to seek a resolution before escalating to a third-party. You hold the right to open a dispute with your credit card provider or PayPal (both are third-party, neutral, unrelated to Natures Beeline) to request a refund if you feel you are unable to settle a dispute directly with us first.
Your information is never shared, sold, or otherwise used in a manner that does not help fulfill your order and provide customer service.
The products sold here are to be used responsibly "at your own risk". We are not responsible for any injuries or harm they may cause. Products sold from us are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or substitute medical intervention.
