Processing Time

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. Most orders are processed within a day and ready to ship the next business day or sometimes the same day depending on the order.

 Timelines:

- Large and/or medium candle orders under 50: 1 day or less

- Bulk candle orders totaling 50 or more: 1-4 business days

- Kong candle orders of 4 packs or under: 1 day or less

- Kong candle orders totaling 5 packs or more: 2-4 business days

- Protective disc orders under 50: 1 day or less

- Protective disc orders totaling 50 or more: 1-7 business days depending on how many are in stock at the time of ordering

 

 

Estimated Shipping Times

- North America (domestic): 3-5 business days

- Canada (international): 12-21 business days

- Australia (international): 14-30 business days

We do ship to other countries, but these are the most common locations.

We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method used and carrier. Please take in consideration any unavoidable delays USPS might have (examples: busy holiday seasons, bad weather, COVID-19) when delivering your package and refer to your tracking number for a delivery date.

 

Shipping Information

Cost:

All US orders (domestic and recognized US state territories) are shipped free of cost, no minimum purchase amount required. We do not offer free international shipping.

Carrier:

All orders are shipped with USPS (United States Postal Service) and come with tracking numbers. We only ship orders 2 ways, First Class Mail or Priority Mail (including shipping international). The determining factor for which way we will ship your order depends on the weight of your package. Packages weighing 16 oz or less will be sent First Class Mail and packages weighing over 16 oz will be sent Priority Mail.

Priority/Express:

In the event you need your order shipped faster and wish to ship your package Priority Mail (if your package qualifies for First Class Package) or Priority Express Mail, you will be responsible for paying the difference in price. To request your order to be shipped faster, text us at 682-382-5510 with your order information and we will send you an invoice with Square to collect the difference. Failure to pay the invoice within 24 hours after we send it will default your order to the original/free shipping method.

 

 

International Orders

Our website does not support international orders, for this reason all international orders must be placed by email or phone. Contact us with the details of your order and your email to receive an invoice with Square to place your order. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
