Plus, all orders include FREE shipping with no minimum purchase amount required. Lastly, every order comes with a tracking number and is packaged with care to be delivered safely.

 

 

How "Up To Date" Is This Store?

This store is updated weekly. Updates may include announcements of future products coming soon, new candles being added to our inventory, changes in policies or prices, and different promotions and coupons being offered. Check in often to see what's new or coming soon!

 

 

Who Do You Ship With?

All US orders are shipped FREE (no minimum purchase amount required) with USPS and come with tracking numbers. For more Information, go to the "Processing & Shipping" page.

 

 

Do You Ship Outside The US?

Yes, however our website can only process orders shipped in the domestic US and recognized US state territories. International orders outside of the US can be placed by contacting us on the "Contact" page or by calling us. After receiving your order details and your email, we will send you an invoice with Square to place your order. Square accepts all major credit cards and will process your payment safely.

 

Why Haven't I Received My Tracking Number Yet?

For most orders, you will receive your tracking number within 24 hours (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and USPS recognized holidays). Bulk orders can take 2 to 5 days for your order to be ready to ship with a tracking number ready to upload. Either way, if your order is at all delayed, you will be notified by the email you provided during checkout. Do not forget to check your spam email if you have not received an email by us. If it has been more then 5 days and you have not received an email or tracking number from us, please contact us as soon as possible. Odds are we have the wrong email address and it needs to be updated.

 

 

What If My Mailing Address Is Wrong And I Didn't Get My Order?

All shipping labels are pre-filled with the information you provided when you placed your order. In the event of a package becoming lost, sent to the wrong address, or returned back to sender, the responsibility would be solely yours. All orders here have free shipping on a 1 time per order basis. In the event of a returned package, the buyer would be responsible to fund the reshipment.

 

 

What Happens If My Package Is Lost Or Damaged?

Even with tracking numbers packages can still find a way to get lost. Message us on the "Contact" page with your order information and tracking number and we will try our best to hunt down the package and find out what happened to it. If the tracking number for the package shows the status "Delivered" and you have not received the package, we are not held responsible and you will need to contact USPS.
Damaged goods will only be replaced if the damage was caused by poor packaging for shipment. Any damage caused by USPS, the responsibility would be passed on to them.

 

 

Can I Return Used Items?

No, due to the nature of the items sold here, you can only return unused items.

In Consideration To The Impact Made On The Environment, How Does This Store Affect The Earth?

This store reuses worthy shipping materials (bubble wrap, air pillows, and other related materials) and boxes (when possible). In addition to reusing worthy shipping materials, all receipts are paperless (digitally provided) and will not be mailed out with your order.

For general questions, message us directly on the "Contact" page before purchasing anything. Messages are usually replied within the hour, 24 hours at max.
